The room we had was brand new and spacious. There was a kitchenette and all new furnishings. We ate dinner at the tavern which is part of the same complex. I tried the highly recommended blue cod and was not disappointed. The serving was large and the fish was delicious. Everything was first rate, nothing to complain about.

We were staying at the Waikouaiti Beach Motor Camp and decided to visit the tavern for a drink. Upon arrival we noticed on their blackboard that they offered a Gluten Free meal selection. So not only did we have some drinks but we decided to stay for dinner. The dinner was lovely and it's great to see Gluten Free items..
